Pre Construction Director – Civil Engineering & Groundworks

Rewards up to £140,000 + package (depending on experience)

HYBRID WORKING - 3 Days WORK FROM HOME + 2 DAYS OFFICE

Pre Construction Director needed to manage work winning, client relationships, and preconstruction team management; Operating as both a principle contractor and / or subcontractor at times with a very varied blue chip client base.

Hybrid role – office and home working

• Overseeing and managing tenders and bids workload through a team reporting in
• Pricing tenders valued between £1m - £15m typcially
• Dealing with a very established Blue Chip client base
• Reporting to the Chairman
• Working for a very well-established business
