The role:
Make appointments, manage cancellations and rescheduling
Liaise with clinical staff to ensure appropriate patient flow.
Prepare, update, and maintain patient records in line with confidentiality policies. Ensure accurate input of patient data into electronic health systems.
Ensure and test results are ready for clinical teams in advance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure results are available.
