Job Responsibilities:

+ Answer phones and schedule patient appointments

+ Prepare charts and handle physician correspondence

+ Verify insurance, obtain referrals and authorizations

+ Assist patients with check-in, forms, and general questions

+ Ensure timely and accurate administrative support to clinical staff

Job Requirements:
