About the role
A well-established and highly regarded architecture practice is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Practice Operations Coordinator to become a central part of its studio team. This pivotal position supports directors, project teams, and the Practice Co-ordinator, ensuring the day-to-day operations of the studio run smoothly and efficiently.
Key tasks include:
Acting as the main point of contact for the practice, managing telephone calls, responding to enquiries, and welcoming clients and visitors.
Ensuring reception and meeting spaces are consistently well presented, organised, and ready for use.
Handling incoming and outgoing post, managing the shared inbox, and overseeing general office administration including filing, scanning, printing, and document control.
Providing administrative support across project teams, including undertaking regular audits within the document management system.
