Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy clinical environment, supporting staff, and ensuring patients receive consistently high‑quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide steady, coordinated leadership to ensure the Centre operates smoothly and efficiently.

• Mentor and guide support staff, working with the Operations Manager on performance reviews and development plans.
• Meet key customer service and financial targets while managing rosters, consumables, and workflow.
