OrthoNY is looking for a Practice Manager to oversee our Glens Falls and Malta Clinics!

The Practice Manager II oversees our Glens Falls and Malta clinics providing advanced operational leadership. This role partners closely with physicians and senior leadership to drive performance, improve patient access, and optimize staffing, workflows, and financial outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Provide operational leadership across assigned orthopedic clinic sites

+ Directly manage supervisors and/or lead staff

+ Partner with physicians to improve clinic efficiency, patient throughput, and satisfaction

+ Analyze operational metrics including volumes, staffing ratios, and overtime usage
