The ideal candidate should have the mindset or experience required to build or lead a cybersecurity practice. Candidates from service delivery organizations or high-growth startups who bring strong cybersecurity offerings experience and demonstrate the ability and willingness to scale a practice and take full ownership of the P&L would have an advantage.

The role requires end-to-end ownership of the cybersecurity practice, including:

• Defining vision, strategy, and service portfolio aligned with business growth
• Full P&L ownership covering revenue, margins, and cost management
• Driving GTM strategy, cybersecurity offerings, and market positioning
