**Job Description:**

The Practice Excellence Education Specialist reports to the enterprise the AVP of Practice Excellence for the aligned service line or identified system director. The education specialist supports service line initiatives by planning and creating education in support of nursing professional standards of care for the related service line or general nursing/compliance standards. In support of alignment with Intermountain Health’s mission, vision and operating models for continuous improvement, the education specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders across the service line or nursing services to plan education to meet caregiver needs.
