We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Practice Director, Marketing and Creative to lead and grow our Marketing and Creative practice. This leadership role is responsible for driving business development, overseeing team performance, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the creative, marketing, advertising, and digital talent space. Based on internal terminology, Marketing & Creative is a core practice group focused on placing highly skilled marketing, advertising, and creative design professionals on a project basis.
