As a PPA / Cover Teacher, you will:

• Work alongside class teachers to cover PPA time, delivering high-quality teaching across Year 3 and Year 4
• Take on class teacher responsibilities within a LKS2 class
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the diverse academic and social needs of pupils
• Build strong, positive relationships to support pupil wellbeing and achievement
• Undertake effective assessment, recording and reporting
• Deliver statutory and non-statutory assessments as required
• Contribute to a stimulating and well-organised learning environment
• Lead and direct support staff within the classroom
• Collaborate with teachers and leaders to track progress and provide timely interventions
