Project planning and management: Responsibility for the planning, implementation and control of projects within the framework of Audi Formula 1 activities. Creation of transparency about development and supply chain processes for the Audi F1 Power Unit.
Align and set milestones, goals, and timelines to ensure that all projects are on track to achieve overall goals.
Cross-departmental coordination: Close cooperation with the project manager, the development teams of the Power Unit and the adjacent departments of logistics, procurement, quality assurance and workshops. Ensure a smooth flow between these teams to optimize the development cycles of the power unit components.
Risk management: Identification of risks and proactive development of measures and proposed solutions so as not to jeopardize project results.
Reporting: Regular reports to AFR management on the progress and status of projects.
