Adecco is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join a growing manufacturing team in Fairport, NY. This position is responsible for applying high-quality powder coat finishes to metal components while maintaining production standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations. Candidates should have at least 1 year previous experience.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare metal parts for coating by cleaning, masking, and staging materials.
+ Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment.
+ Ensure proper coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality according to specifications.
+ Inspect finished products for defects, consistency, and overall appearance.
+ Operate and monitor curing ovens to ensure proper temperature and curing cycles.
+ Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of powder coating equipment and work areas.
+ Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
