**Job Description**

The Powder Coat Supervisor leads a team of powder coaters in a fast-paced industrial production environment, ensuring high-quality finishes, safe operations, and consistent achievement of daily production targets. This role oversees the full powder coating process, from equipment setup and maintenance to quality control and safety compliance, while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and manage a team of approximately 12 powder coaters, providing day-to-day leadership, training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
+ Schedule and assign work to team members to ensure timely completion of production targets, including the expectation of completing 10 truck bodies per shift.
