Job Purpose

Responsible for the overall farm operations, systems, staff development, data management and efficiency, from Parent Stock Day Old Chick (PS DOC) up to delivery of hatching eggs to the hatchery according to the established procedures.

Job Accountabilities

1. Responsible for the overall farm operations, systems, staff development, data management and efficiency, manpower and development of staff.
2. Accountable for all aspects of accurate and timely data recording in JDE, M Tech and conformance of book values to physical stock at all times.
3. Drive continuous maintenance programs and monitoring of facilities to ensure assets are always in good order and production is competitive with industry standards.
4. Work closely with the relevant parties and farm veterinarian on breeder management, and execution of flock heath measures and programs to ensure good animal husbandry processes, maintain MyGAP certificate and valid...
