Set up, operate, adjust, and perform changeovers on pouch making machines according to job specifications Meet or exceed production targets, setup times, and scrap reduction standards Review job specifications and previous run data to ensure correct materials and machine setup Monitor machine operation and identify/correct defects or equipment issues Perform quality inspections and testing (, burst, drop, water table) and complete required documentation Carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance (seal bars, dies, punches, zipper cloth, etc.) Change rolls, remove splices, and manage trim and waste removal Maintain accurate production and quality control records Keep work areas clean and organized; follow housekeeping and safety procedures Report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions to supervision Support and oversee Pouch Machine Assistants ...
