We are seeking a passionate and community-connected Pou Whānau Connector to join our General Adult Community Mental Health & Addictions service in Kaikohe. This role is part of the Reducing Demand for Methamphetamine (RDM) programme and focuses on whānau-centred outreach, engagement, navigation and recovery support for individuals and whānau affected by methamphetamine harm.
