**_Roles & Responsibilities:_**
The Department of Genetics and Genomic Sciences and the Center of Excellence for Thoracic Oncology in the Tisch Cancer Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Manhattan, New York leverage state-of-the-art genetic and genomic technologies with deep immunological expertise to uncover biomarkers of response and resistance to immunotherapies and for the rationale design of novel therapeutic strategies. We are seeking a motivated postdoctoral researcher in the area of Computational Genomics in Lung Cancer Biology and Immunology to work with the Hopkins and Tocheva Research Groups. Through an established pipeline with the Center for Thoracic Oncology led by Dr. Fred Hirsch, we use cancer patient-derived organoid/immune cell culture models to study tumor signaling, tumor-T cell interactions and immunotherapeutic responses at individual patient level.
