**Qualifications**

Educational and other Requirements for the position:

+ Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Biological Sciences, or other relevant quantitative discipline.
+ Training/exposure to machine learning, statistical modeling, and NGS genomic analysis.
+ Abilities to think creatively, work independently and within a team
+ Strong publication record.
+ Team oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Programming/scripting skills in R, Python/Jupyter, Perl, Unix, LSF etc.
+ A genuine love for science and people.
