The Parsons Research Center for Psychedelic Healing at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, in partnership with the James J. Peters Veterans Affairs Medical Center in the Bronx, has an opening for a 1-year Psychiatry Post-Doctoral Fellowship, with the possibility of a second year extension.
The psychiatry fellow will join a well-established research team with active research protocols on psychedelic-assisted therapies for trauma, PTSD, and other indications. Primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive medical screening (including chart review and patient interview), structured psychiatric diagnostic assessments, assisting with management of research study operations, and providing psychedelic assisted therapy.
