Mechanism of boosting of liver regeneration to reverse MASH. Combining multiomics data profiling, mouse genetics, histology, intravital imaging and organoid systems, we will systemically analyze the mechanism of inflammation resolution, lipid metabolism and fibrosis regression events upon the deletion of ZNRF3 and RNF43.The plasticity of biliary epithelial cells during ductular reaction.
