Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our laboratory in the Department of Genetics at MD Anderson Cancer Center to study lineage plasticity and therapy resistance in prostate cancer. Our research integrates genetically engineered mouse models, primary organoid systems, and multi-omic approaches to define the cellular and molecular mechanisms driving tumor cell state transitions. The primary goal of training in this laboratory is to develop independent scientists capable of addressing fundamental questions in cancer biology, with a particular focus on lineage plasticity and tumor evolution.
The successful candidate will design and execute independent research projects using organoid and in vivo mouse models, including tumor transplantation and therapeutic studies, and will apply molecular, cellular, and genomic techniques such as single-cell profiling to analyze tumor evolution and cell fate dynamics. The postdoctoral fellow will be expected to analyze and in...
