 Description & Requirements 
Description: The Gupta Lab at and Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) is seeking a motivated and creative Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a collaborative effort on the genetics of steatohepatitis (MASH).
Our lab focuses on decoding the genetic drivers of lipid metabolism and liver disease. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of basic biology and therapeutic discovery. We aim to translate genetic insights into actionable strategies for disease prevention and treatment.
In Vivo Validation & Therapeutics: We are focused on the translation of genetic findings into therapies. This involves the in vivo validation of genes that reduce Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) risk, as well as the design and testing of siRNA therapeutics to modulate these targets.
