The role requires a data-driven individual with at least 3 years in a similar position who can effectively analyze retention metrics and optimize customer journeys.

As a key player, you will coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive retention strategies through upsells, cross-sells, and subscription management. Experience with Shopify is essential.
