About The Role
To assist Market Delivery Manager reviewing Change Requests, analysing any impact for Customer Service. To evaluate Technical Service Bulletin requests from global teams and post launch End of Supply/Retirement process.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and Analyze Change Requests (CPM/NPD changes) weekly agendas.
- Review Post Launch changes and implementation into Markets (Quality fixes to prevent exchanges).
- Work with Supply chain and Customer function on End of Life and End of Supply requests.
