Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Microbiology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 536339), to commence as soon as possible for one or two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree preferably in Bioinformatics or a related discipline. They should be highly competent in bulk RNA-seq and single-cell data analysis, and able to work independently and in a team. Preference will be given to those with work experience in immunology, AIDS and SARS-CoV-2.
The appointee is expected to play an important role in the team on molecular mechanisms of protective immune responses during HIV infection or cancer immunotherapy. He/She will perform multiple types of sequencing data analysis and develop analytical tools in the field of immunology.
