**About this role:**

Post-Acute Hospitalist, Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will provide post-acute care in the designated facilities in Las Vegas, Nevada. You are responsible for admissions, rounding, coordinating the patients over all care, diagnosis and treatment, discharging and documenting patient outcomes. There are 9 providers covering 6 locations. Each location will be comprised of 1 physician and 1 advanced practitioner provider, whom you would supervise.
