Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse License Without Restrictions
• Current Bls Cpr Certification From The American Heart Association Or The American Red Cross
• Must Hold A Valid Alabama Driver's License
• Minimum Of One Year Of Experience In A Hospital Or Community Health Setting.

Purpose Of Job:

To Provide Health Services To Students In Assigned Schools Following Federal And State Laws And Local School Board Policies. To Promote The Health And Education Of Students As A Result Of School Nursing Practice. To Maintain The Health Room Including Safe Storage Of Medications, Records, And Equipment.
