**Role Purpose**

Provide analytical and tactical support to New Hotel Opening team to ensure effective revenue management setup and rampup. Manage and execute a variety of specific revenue management related projects and processes to support targeted revenue growth for upcoming new hotels. Act as hotel support coverage in the absence of the Regional Revenue Manager(s) as needed.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Provide strategic support for new hotels under the Revenue Management for Hire (RMH) service model.
+ Support the hotel in Commercial strategies for successful opening of the hotel
+ Support the new and upcoming hotels with system setup as per IHG standards
+ Assist assigned team in hotel Revenue Management calls as needed.
+ Create ad-hoc reports as needed for hotel support; act as a backup for running daily, weekly and monthly reports.
