MUST:

Active TS/SCI clearance required

Experienced Expert Portfolio Manager (CPIC)

13+ years of experience assisting the government in Acquisition functional portfolio, investment management and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) process, and strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders

5+ years of experience supporting change management, strategic communications, business process reengineering, or financial management systems implementation initiatives

Experience within the DoD

Must have acquisition experience

Experience establishing portfolio capabilities that will include the data requirements, process and roles, systems and governance, to drive the adoption and uptake across the organization

Bachelors degree in a related field required
