Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and services
Allocates resources according to need, defines work packages, reviews deliverables, and ensures quality control, risk analysis as well as daily management and follow-up
Participates in working groups and progress meetings
Manages portfolio planning and resources
Reports progress, risks and potential changes in scope to relevant stakeholders
Assesses change requests and coordinates change management
Ensures that the deliverables fulfil the business requirements of the portfolio
Oversees quality assurance and user acceptance testing
Lead the different project teams, ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience
