The Portfolio Manager - Accountant is responsible for managing the property portfolio and supervising the Property Accounting Function. We are seeking a candidate with a Property Studies Degree or a B.Com Degree, along with 1 to 3 years of work experience in the property sector. Ensure time-critical payments are actioned within timeframes (Bond installments, Tax payments, Intercompany funding transfers, Dividends, Shareholder requirements). Ensure Propco Annual Financial statements are completed, and the audit process is managed. Ensure all Income and VAT Tax Returns are submitted timeously. Requirements for Education & Experience:
