This key leadership role is responsible for lifting product governance across the organisation, transforming it into a strategic, insight‑led capability that drives better customer and commercial outcomes. Leading the Product Governance and Enablement function, you’ll partner closely with the Heads of Product and the Head of Risk to embed consistent, high‑quality product practices across the bank. You’ll strengthen product governance frameworks, enhance review processes, and ensure decisions are grounded in data and evidence.
