Our client is seeking an experienced Portfolio Administrator to join their Foreclosure Department. This role plays a crucial part in providing administrative support to attorneys specializing in foreclosure law, ensuring smooth operations and efficient client service.
Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to foreclosure proceedings. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurately labeled and stored both physically and electronically. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and hearings for attorneys and clients.
