Overview


Employee reports directly to the Facility Manager. The Porter is expected to maintain the appearance of the building clean and orderly and generally serving the residents.


Responsibilities


+ The Porter reports directly to the Facility Manager regarding all janitorial and facility related issues; immediately reports any major building repairs, hazards, defects and/or supply needs to the Facility Manager.

+ Bathroom-cleaning sinks, showers, and toilets.
