About the Role We are looking for an experienced Portal Specialist to take full ownership of our property listings and portal performance. This role is for someone who is structured, analytical, and comfortable with routine but also proactive and self-driven. You will manage portals, data, listings, and performance, working closely with marketing and leadership, without micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and update listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other portals
- Handle Madhmoun submissions and approvals
- Upload and maintain properties on the company website
- Maintain structured databases and summary tables
- Analyze portal performance: leads, ranking, visibility, conversion
- Prepare clear analytics and performance reports
- Coordinate with the marketing team on property brochures
- Ensure consistency of pricing, visuals, and descriptions across all platforms
