The Population Health Analyst supports data-driven decision-making by delivering high-quality business intelligence reporting and leading analytic projects that advance the mission of Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. The Population Health Analyst reports to the Director of Data Analytics and will work collaboratively with other members of the division as well as with clinical or administrative staff.

Responsibilities :

+ Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support analytic needs

+ Extract and analyze data from multiple systems including EHR (e.g., Epic Clarity/Caboodle), billing, HR, and external data sources

+ Develop and maintain reporting processes with SSRS/Power BI data visualization tools for all departmental needs

+ Develop reports and visualizations using EPIC Hyperspace reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, SlicerDicer)
