Ensures the set‑up of safety equipment at the beach or pool, including life‑saving flotation devices, correct flag placement, rescue surfboard/boat readiness, first aid kit, posting of business hours, pool depth, water and air temperatures, wind force and speed.
Keeps the designated and marked swimming areas free of engine‑driven boats, windsurfers, sea bikes (pedalos) and similar vessels.
Ensures swimmers and snorkelers avoid boat tracks or other hazardous areas.
Supervises the use of kayaks and paddle boards, including guest log‑in and log‑out, monitoring actions, and ensuring safe engagement in other water activities while out on the sea.
