Job Description
The ITSM Intern will support the Service Management team in managing IT service requests, CMDB and asset records, change management processes, and audit-related activities aligned with ITIL best practices. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations, governance, and service delivery.
Learning:
- Assist in managing IT service requests through ticketing tools
- Support incident logging, categorization, prioritization, and tracking
- Maintain and update Configuration Management Database (CMDB) records
- Support IT asset management including tracking hardware and software inventory
- Assist in change management processes including request tracking and documentation
- Monitor and follow up on ticket resolution and SLA performance
- Coordinate with internal teams for request fulfillment
