**Independence Title** in the **Austin Area, Texas (Main Office),** a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a **_Policy Team Coordinator_** **.** Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

**The Policy Team Coordinator is responsible for:**

Adhering to all Company rules, regulations and Best Practices Policies, as well as all escrow policies and procedures in the Texas Title Insurance Basic Manual (“Basic Manual”).

+ Handling Policy Dept. projects
+ Providing policy reporting and remitting back up
+ Assisting with underwriter policy inventory audits
