About the Team The Livestream Team designs and implements policies for live streaming to ensure a high-quality, diverse, and engaging content experience. We are responsible for building a secure and thriving real-time interaction space that benefits both users and creators. Our work involves establishing clear guidelines to minimize problematic content, identify emerging risks, and defend against bad-faith actors, all while maintaining transparency and defensibility in our policy decisions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine livestream monetization policies: Draft clear, concise, and effective policies and procedures for TikTok LIVE, considering the needs of users, creators, and the TikTok brand.
- Maintain policy documentation: Ensure all livestream monetizations policies are up-to-date and easily accessible to internal teams and stakeholders.
