The Policy and Reward Specialist plays a key role in the development, delivery, end-to-end processes, maintenance, and revision of total rewards (compensation and benefits) and policy programs for LNG Canada employees. This is a term position, intended for approximately three years, designed as a joint‑accountability role to bolster overall capacity and ensure business continuity through stabilization.
In this role, you’ll support critical initiatives that ensure we have the components of a competitive and affordable Employee Value Proposition for LNG Canada.
