Position Overview
PSD’s HR Policy cluster is the Public Sector Centre of Excellence for several areas relating to people policy, including talent attraction, compensation, performance management, and benefits. We ensure that our Public Sector can continue to attract, develop, retain, and motivate the right talent to build Singapore for the next generation.
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will be in a team involved in:
- Stewarding the performance management and progression frameworks for the Civil Service. This will require you to be familiar with the framework, and provide advice and guidance to the Ministries and our Business Partners with regard to our performance management and progression policies.
- In particular, you will be involved in our efforts to transform our performance management and progression framework into a competency-based system.
