Position Overview
Summary The Policy and Management Analyst conducts research; analyzes and audits data and processes; drafts policy and procedural documents; and develops a variety of organizational, budgetary, financial, statistical, and/or operational reports for the purpose of analyzing operations, administering budgets, improving administration, and advising senior management. This position reports to the Clerk of Court. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret federal statutes and regulations, directives, policies and procedures, and court rules and orders affecting the work of the Clerk's Office. Conduct research and provide procedural and policy advice on matters applicable to Clerk's Office operations. Research administrative and operational questions, problems, trends, and areas for improvement. Provide editorial reviews of manuals and other documents, as directed.
