The SPF Policing-Study Diploma Programme offers candidates with NITEC/ Higher NITEC certification an opportunity to pursue a sponsored Diploma while employed full-time with SPF as a Direct-Entry Sergeant and drawing a full salary. Time off will be given for officers to pursue their studies. The mission of the Singapore Police Force is to prevent, deter and detect crime. We do this by working in partnership with the community to protect life and property, prevent crime and disorder, detect and apprehend offenders, and preserve a sense of security.

The SPF Policing-Study Diploma Programme allows trainees to integrate academic studies with practical work experience.
