Perform wound care and conduct general assessments for diabetic and musculoskeletal conditions, while managing high-risk diabetic patients. Oversee a diverse clinical caseload and provide coverage at various polyclinic locations as required. Carry out vascular and neurological assessments as necessary. Collaborate effectively with medical practitioners to ensure a multidisciplinary approach and maintain accurate patient records.
