Requirements

• Appropriate qualification that allows for the required registration with the HPCSA in Podiatry.
• Registration with the Health Profession Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in Podiatry.
• No experience required after registration with the HPCSA in Podiatry for RSA qualified employees who performed Community Service, as required in South Africa.

Duties

• Render effective and efficient patient-centered podiatry service for all patients in need of such services in adherence to the scope of podiatry and health protocols of the department of health.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team, relieve as and when the need arises.
• Carry out delegated duties.
• Implement and maintain the quality assurance and national core standards and norms at departmental level.
