Job Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirement and competencies.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted applicants ensuring that only qualified candidates progress to the next stage.
- Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and relevant hiring teams.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, and handle compensation negotiation when required.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Facilitate the induction program for new joiners.
- Maintaining and updating the recruitment tracker.
