• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Scrum Master/Product Owner for Data Analytics
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile/SAFe Certification is a plus
• Effective conflict & impediments management in a fast-paced environment, take higher responsibilities working with a cross-functional team who are working on multiple priorities.
• Experience as PM/Scrum Master for Data Analytics, understanding of business processes to help prioritize and negotiating for consensus building.
• Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies managing Data Analytics/Science with a focus on building a Strong Agile team, including implementation of CI/CD /DevOps
• Strong communicator with effective presentation skills delivering formal presentations & facilitate Demo to various levels of management articulating project/Sprint status, risk mitigations, benefits & financial realizations.
