The job holder will lead their team in managing each Skid Solution on time design and execution mitigating risk as and when needed and targeting an overall margin uplift for each project through its execution. At the same time the incumbent will both develop and lead execution of Strategic and Tactical priorities for the department to ensure financial metrics team efficiency and customer service levels are continuously improved leveraging intelligent automation where possible. They will also champion a high‑performance customer first culture where team members feel both empowered and valued.

The role is based at Emerson Automation Solutions state‑of‑the‑art campus in Dubais Jebel Al‑Ali Freezone, United Arab Emirates.

• Manage the Order to Cash cycle for KOB1 & 2 Natural Gas Skid business
• Own the monthly KOB1 & 2 Natural Gas Skid POR and drive actions to mitigate any risk
