The Plumbing Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and overall success of the plumbing department, including residential service, drain, and excavation functions. This role ensures efficient operations, high-quality workmanship, strong customer satisfaction, and the development of a high-performing team.

Role: Plumbing Service Manager

Pay: Exempt Salaried, $80,000-$100,000 + metric-based quarterly incentives

Schedule: Monday–Friday – rotating on-call weekend day
